Protest Against the bombing of Syria

About 40 people responded to calls put out by World Can't Wait, YPDA, and 350.org to join a signholding and rally to oppose U.S. the bombs of Syria at the Federal Building on Monday afternoon.  Signs lined Ala Moana Blvd with a clear message of NO! NO! NO! U.S. Bombs on Syria!   The response from motorists was overwhelmingly positive -- with lots of honks, thumbs up, and shakas.   A short rally after the signholding highlighted the hypocrisy of the U.S., which only weeks before had bombed Mosul, killing more than 200 civilians.
